Powers with relatively different behaviors have usually been compared to other great powers in the history of International Relation. In the recent years China has been in the core of this field of studies. China's rising in the international system has caused this country to improve its role in different regions including the Middle East and to boost its national interests. The main question of the present article is that “how different obstacles & opportunities in the Middle East, would affect the china's rising role in the region?” The hypothesis is that “China's military limitations and political-strategic obstacles due to great powers rivalry in the region have a direct relationship with this country playing marginal role in the Middle East. Moreover, economical opportunities (trade-energy) bear a great importance in China's rising role in the Middle East. Using the Regional Security Complex Theory (RSCT) and reviewing the political, security, economical, cultural and strategic aspects, this article emphasizes on the fact that the Middle East is one of the key areas in China’s long-term grand strategy, and that the Islamic Republic of Iran may become the main focus of this strategy as well as the main strategic ally of China, by modifying some of its international behaviors.}, keywords = {China,Middle East,Emerging/Rising Powers,Regional Security Complex Theory (RSCT)}, title_fa = {موانع و فرصت‌های گسترش نقش چین در خاورمیانه}, abstract_fa = {در آغاز هزاره‌ی سوم در حوزه‌ی مطالعات سیاست بین‌الملل و بویژه تئوری‌های انتقال قدرت، ادبیاتی جدید رواج یافت که از آن با عنوان قدرت‌های در حال ظهور نام برده می‌شود. قدرت‌هایی که با توجه به تعاریفی که از آن‌ها می‌شود دارای رفتاری نسبتاً متفاوت در مقایسه با سایر قدرت‌های بزرگ در تاریخ روابط بین‌الملل می‌باشند. در سال‌های گذشته چین در کانون این حوزه مطالعاتی قرار گرفته است. خیزش چین در نظام بین‌الملل سبب شده است تا این کشور برای افزایش منافع ملی خود به گسترش نقش خود در مناطق مختلف از جمله خاورمیانه بپردازد. سوال اصلی مقاله آن است که چگونه موانع و فرصت‌های مختلف در خاورمیانه، بر گسترش نقش چین در این منطقه تأثیر می‌گذارند؟پاسخ احتمالی به این پرسش آن است که محدودیت‌های نظامی چین و موانع سیاسی- استراتژیک ناشی از رقابت قدرت‌های بزرگ، رابطه مستقیمی با ایفای نقش حاشیه‌ای این کشور در خاورمیانه دارد. همچنین فرصت‌های اقتصادی(انرژی- تجاری) اهمیت ویژه‌ای در گسترش نقش چین در خاورمیانه دارد. در این پژوهش با استفاده از تئوری مجموعه امنیتی منطقه‌ای و با بررسی ابعاد سیاسی، امنیتی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی بر این نکته تاکید می‌شود که خاورمیانه یکی از کلیدی‌ترین حوزه‌ها در استراتژی کلان بلندمدت چین می‌باشد و جمهوری اسلامی ایران می‌تواند با تغییر یا حداقل تعدیل در برخی از رفتارهای بین‌المللی، خود را به کانون اصلی این استراتژی و متحد استراتژیک چین در خاورمیانه بدل کند.}, keywords_fa = {چین,خاورمیانه,قدرت‌های در حال ظهور,تئوری مجموعه امنیتی منطقه‌ای}, url = {http://www.ipsajournal.ir/article_159.html}, eprint = {http://www.ipsajournal.ir/article_159_b30187eff7599e6e79b82dac170b7132.pdf} }
