Although different groups have presented different definitions for "political ideal type" so different routes have been depicted for future, but the common basis in all views regarding political development is humanistic prospect. This article tries to present a typology of political culture in Islamic countries that will make political development plausible. The data analyzed in this study have been taken from the website of World Values Survey. In the website, the data of thirteen countries related to the Fifth Wave (2005-2008) have been taken consisting 21,358 questionnaires. Among these countries, nine countries are Muslim ones. The highest ranked country is Norway, and Japan, Australia and Bulgaria are in the middle in terms of liberating values and democratic ones. The results are interpretable in two ways: from the first point of view, the data-based results remind us that political culture is variable in different countries and we can categorize the political culture of Islamic countries in three different ranks: Turkey is in the first rank; Iran, Morocco. Malaysia. Indonesia and Iraq are in the second rank; and Egypt, Mali and Jordan are in the third rank which their values are immensely different from democratic countries. From the second point of view, it seems that the route of democracy in the Islamic countries is a plausible but diverse, complicated and reflective one.}, keywords = {development,religious democracy,Political Culture,liberating values,Islamic countries}, title_fa = {فرهنگ سیاسی جوامع اسلامی (با تأکید بر بررسی وضعیت ارزش های رهاینده)}, abstract_fa = {توسعه سیاسی یا افزایش ظرفیت و کارایی نظام های سیاسی در حل و فصل تضادهای منافع فردی و جمعی، ترکیب مردمی بودن، آزادی و تغییرات اساسی در جوامع همواره به عنوان هدف اصلی جوامع مدنظر بوده است. اگرچه تعاریف و مولفه های مورد نظر گروههای مختلف برای تعریف "ایده آل تایپ" سیاسی متفاوت بوده و از اینرو مسیرهای متفاوتی برای آینده ترسیم شده اند، اما آنجه که در تمامی دیدگاهها درباره توسعه سیاسی زیربنای مشترک است، چشم انداز انسانگرایانه به عنوان هدف توسعه سیاسی است. این نوشتار در پی واکاوی گونه‌شناسی فرهنگ‌سیاسی کشورهای اسلامی است که نیل به توسعه سیاسی را ممکن می‌گرداند. داده‌هایی که در مطالعه‌ی حاضر تجزیه و تحلیل شده‌اند از پایگاه پیمایش جهانی ارزش‌ها اخذ شده‌اند. از این پایگاه، داده‌های مربوط به سیزده کشور از موج پنجم (سال‌های 2005 تا 2008) اخذ شده که در مجموع 358/21 پرسشنامه را شامل می‌شود. در میان این کشورها نه کشور از کشورهای مسلمان هستند. کشور مرجع نروژ که دارای بالاترین نرخ و کشورهای ژاپن، استرالیا و بلغارستان به عنوان کشورهای دارای رتبه های میانی از نظر ارزش های رهاینده و البته دموکراتیک نیز نمونه های دیگر مورد مطالعه هستند. نتایج تحقیق به دو شیوه و نگاه قابل تفسیر هستند: از منظر نخست نتایج مبتنی بر داده ها به ما یادآور می شوند که  فرهنگ سیاسی در کشورها متغیر بوده و می توان فرهنگ سیاسی کشورهای اسلامی را در سه رتبه متفاوت طبقه بندی نمود: در رتبه نخست کشور ترکیه؛ دسته دوم کشورهای ایران، مراکش، مالزی، اندونزی و عراق بالاخره دسته سوم شامل کشورهای مصر، مالی و اردن قرار می گیرد که شدت تفاوت ارزش‌های آنان با کشورهای دموکراتیک بیشتر است. از نگاه دوم چنین به نظر می رسد که مسیر دموکراسی در کشورهای اسلامی امری ممکن اما متنوع، پیچیده و تأمل‌برانگیز است.}, keywords_fa = {توسعه,مردم سالاری دینی,فرهنگ سیاسی,ارزش های رهاینده,کشورهای اسلامی}, url = {http://www.ipsajournal.ir/article_226.html}, eprint = {http://www.ipsajournal.ir/article_226_d1834883f6711e4f05eb585f3336d0f2.pdf} }
