Following the developments in the 1990s, particularly the terrorist events of September 11, 2001, many efforts were made to theorize anti-Americanism by the US foreign policy specialists. These were accelerated by 2003 when Iraq was invaded by the US military forces. In fact, the period of Bush administration and his neo-conservative team with their policy of unilateralism and increasing reliance on security-military tools, became a prelude for empowering the anti-Americanism waves, a trend whose ontological debates were drawn to academic and research circles. Reviewing the theoretical origin of this issue (anti-Americanism) which refers to the analytical framework of \"hegemonism\", this paper seeks to give an analysis of the process of theoretical evolution of anti-Americanism during the cold war and post cold war eras. In this regard, the paper will particularly focus on the opinions of the European theorists and politicians about encountering the behavior and role playing pattern of the United States, especially during the period of Bush administration, within the “European Anti-Americanism” framework. «ضد امریکاگرایی» تا پایان جنگ سرد از جمله مقوله‌هایی بود که به طور عمده در چهارچوب مباحث ژورنالیستی بر واکنش و رفتارهای (مقطعی) اعتراض‌آمیز برخی دولت‌ها، گروه‌های روشنفکری وگروه‌های مردمی علیه رفتار خارجی امریکا تمرکز داشت. به دنبال تحولات دهه نود و به‌ویژه حادثه یازدهم سپتامبر، عرصه نظریه‌پردازی در این زمینه از سوی تحلیلگران مسائل سیاست خارجی امریکا با استقبال خوبی مواجه شد؛ روندی که در پی تهاجم نظامی به عراق در سال 2003 با تحول ماهوی خاصی روبه‌رو شد. در واقع، دوره رهبری بوش و همراهان نومحافظه‌کارش بر این دولت که با شاخصه‌هایی چون یک‌جانبه‌گرایی و اتکای فزاینده بر شیوه‌های امنیتی ـ نظامی همراه بود، به مقدمه‌ای برای تقویت امواج ضد امریکا‌گرا تبدیل شد؛ جریانی که دامنة هستی‌شناختی آن به محافل دانشگاهی و تحقیقاتی نیز کشیده شد. در این نوشتار، ضمن بررسی خاستگاه نظری این مقوله (ضد امریکاگرایی) که به چهارچوب تحلیلی «چیره‌طلبی» (هژمونیسم) بازمی‌گردد، روند تحول (نظری) آن در دوره‌های جنگ سرد و پس از آن مورد توجه قرار می‌گیرد. در همین راستا، بر آرای نظریه‌پردازان و سیاست‌مداران اروپایی در مورد رویارویی با رفتار و الگوی نقش‌آفرینی امریکا خاصه در دوره بوش در قالب «ضد امریکاگرایی اروپایی» تأکید می‌شود. http://www.ipsajournal.ir/article_124_c8ffe9a587b126f152ed3d89a146b445.pdf
