Without claiming theory-making, this article is an attempt to combine different theoretical approaches in a unified analytical framework in order to raise its theoretical and explanatory power and its success is <span style="color: black; background: white;">conditioned</span> to review and critiques by others and testing in field experience</span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif; mso-ascii-font-family: &quot;Baskerville Old Face&quot;; mso-hansi-font-family: &quot;Baskerville Old Face&quot;; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi;" lang="AR-SA">.</span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: &quot;Baskerville Old Face&quot;,serif;"> Analytical framework presented in this paper is based on the general theory and hence it is a general framework that is a specific theory</span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif; mso-ascii-font-family: &quot;Baskerville Old Face&quot;; mso-hansi-font-family: &quot;Baskerville Old Face&quot;; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi;" lang="AR-SA">.</span> <span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: &quot;B Lotus&quot;;" lang="FA">وجود نظریه­های منفرد و متعدد در خصوص روابط بین دولت و جامعه علی­رغم داشتن نقاط مثبت، دچار نوعی تقلیل­گرایی نظری و روشی هستند که مانع از ایجاد یک چارچوب تحلیلی مناسب جهت انجام مطالعات چندبعدی و چندسطحی در مطالعات تطبیقی</span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: &quot;B Lotus&quot;;">-</span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: &quot;B Lotus&quot;;" lang="FA">تاریخی می­شود. از طرفی همواره این دغدغه وجود داشته که تا چه میزان این تئوری­ها در وهله اول قدرت پاسخگویی(توان نظری) به سوال چرایی و چگونگی ایجاد شکاف دولت-ملت را دارند و در وهله دوم اینکه تا چه میزان از قابلیت پیوند خوردن با دیگر تئوری­ها(توان تلفیقی) برخوردارند. این مقاله بدون اینکه ادعای نظریه­سازی داشته باشد، تلاشی است در تلفیق نظری نظریه­های مختلف در یک چارچوب تحلیلی واحد و منسجم با هدف بالا بردن قدرت نظری و تبیینی و میزان موفقیت آن نیز مشروط به نقد و نظر دیگران و آزمودن در میدان عمل و تجربه است. الگو تحلیلی ارائه شده در این مقاله مبتنی بر نظریه عام قدرت است و از اینرو بیش از آنکه حائز ویژگیهای نظریه­های خاص باشد به عنوان یک الگوی نظری عام معرفی می­شود. این مقاله حاصل استفاده از شیوه آزمایش فکری یا تحلیل ذهنی برای بررسی انتقادی نظریه های مختلف است که در نهایت با اتخاذ رویکرد سیستمی در تلفیق نظریه­ها، مدل جدیدی را به طور عام برای بررسی روابط بین دولت و ملت و به صورت خاص جهت مطالعه شکاف دولت-ملت پیشنهاد کرده است.</span> http://www.ipsajournal.ir/article_256_f718499c1c8cef6730f9fd03c8125cab.pdf
