With the Corona-virus, the signs of an evolving and edgy world are revealed and a moment of transformation emerges. The world of politics has also undergone transformations and evolutions arising of the corona. The author, by accepting the three presuppositions (Plato’s Doxa / Episteme, Weber’s Scientist / Politician and Ransiman’s End of Democracy) and by using the critical approach and attitude of "Present History" along with the explaining method of "why-should", has tried to make this hypothesis appear and be stable: Statesmanship (democratic or authoritarian) has found new counterparts based on episteme of a non-political nature. Corona-virus has disrupted politics based on the "authoritarian / democratic dichotomy" and brought new forces into the realm of politics that had no wish and dove in statecraft. With Corona, a new form of government called "Epistocratic Democracy" or "Epistocratic Authoritarianism" is now taking shape. Politics in the future Iran is not separate from what has been learned from the globalized coronavirus experience. کروناویروس، به‌شتاب پدیدار گشت، بسیارپُردامنه بر زیست جمعی بشر، کارساز شد و جهان را بر آستانه‌ی آشوب/دگردیسیِ ژرف نهاد. با کروناویروس، نشانه‌های یک جهانِ درحالِ‌دگرش و «درمرزافتاده»، آشکار شده و بزنگاهِ دگرسانی پدیدار آمده است. دنیای سیاست نیز، از دگردیسی‌ها و فرگشت‌های برآمده از کرونا، برخوردار شده است. نگارنده، با پذیرشِ پیش‌انگاره‌‌های سه‌گانه‌ی‌ (دوکسا/اپیستمه‌ی افلاطون، دانشمند/سیاستمدارِ وبر و پایان دموکراسیِ رانسیمن) و با بهره‌گیری از رویکرد انتقادی و رهیافت «تاریخِ اکنون» به‌همراهِ روش تبیینِ «چرا - باید» کوشش کرده است‌ تا این انگاره را پدیدار و پایا سازد که سیاست‌ورزیِ برپایه‌ی زمامداران (دموکراتیک یا اقتدارگرا) همآوردانی نوین یافته است‌که استوار بر اپیستمه‌هایی با سرشت و گوهرِ غیرسیاسی‌اند. کروناویروس، سیاست‌ورزی جاافتاده بر شالوده‌ی «دوگانه‌های اقتدارگرایی/دموکراتیک» را برهم زده و نیروهای تازه‌ای را به گستره‌ی سیاست کشانده است‌که پیش‌ ازاین، داو و خواسته‌ای در سیاست‌ورزی نداشتند. اکنون با کرونا، گونه‌ی تازه‌ای از حکومت‌گری به‌نامِ «دموکراسی اپیستوکراتیک» یا «اقتدارگرایی اپیستوکراتیک»، درحالِ ریخت‌گرفتن است. سیاست در ایرانِ آینده نیز، جدای از آموخته‌های آزمونِ جهانی‌شده‌ی کروناویروس نیست. http://www.ipsajournal.ir/article_401_816b112c6105b3ebd537828a39af4818.pdf
