In recent years, Identifying new scientific trends, standing on the edge of scientific-analytical innovation, and understanding in advance and deep practical developments caused by the emergence of artificial intelligence in the political field is one of our most important priorities for analyzing the political issue, redefining priorities and vision. New measures are in the field of national interests in emerging international conditions The result will bring significant benefits to society and the national interest in general. The main questions of the current plan are: How will artificial intelligence affect governance, voting and political participation? The hypothesis is that algorithmic governance shows that artificial intelligence is currently being used in many aspects of government, leading to the formation of virtual governance and e-government, the emergence of technical nationalism, artificial intelligence technocracy, the spread of innovation and strengthening National competitiveness, block chain-supported voting systems, the emergence of powerful private or transnational actors, political cyber insecurity, and the formation of artificial neural networks have become politicized. The main goal of this paper is to understand the theoretical developments of artificial intelligence with the aim of analyzing the future of politics in Iran. هوش مصنوعی یکی از محورهای اصلی بحث و مناظرة فکری در سال‌های 2020 تا 2024 بوده است. این فن-آوری امکان درک شرایط پیچیده، شبیه سازی فرایندهای تفکری و شیوه های استدلالی انسانی، توانایی یادگیری و کسب دانش و استدلال برای حل مسائل و در چشم‌اندازی کلان، توانایی یک سیستم برای انجام وظایفی مانند یادگیری، برنامه‌ریزی و توانایی تعمیم دادن را فراهم کرده است. پرسش اصلی مقالة حاضر چنین است: هوش مصنوعی چگونه در حوزة امر سیاسی بر نحوة حکومت و شیوة حکمرانی، الگوی رأی‌دهی و مشارکت سیاسی تأثیر می‌گذارد؟ فرضیه اصلی این است که هوش مصنوعی در حال حاضر در بسیاری از جنبه های دولت به کار گرفته شده و منجر به شکل گیری حکمرانی مجازی و دولت الکترونیک، ظهور ناسیونالیسم فنی، تکنوکراسی هوش مصنوعی، گسترش نوآوری و تقویت رقابت پذیری ملی، سیستم رأی گیری با پشتیبانی بلاک‌چین، ظهور بازیگران قدرتمند خصوصی یا فراملی، ناامنی سیاسی سایبری و شکل گیری شبکه های عصبی مصنوعی سیاسی شده است. درک نظری تحولات هوش مصنوعی با هدف تحلیل آینده سیاست در ایران هدف اصلی این مقاله است. http://www.ipsajournal.ir/article_546_ed265bc903a5a097f61d3ec064d96d2e.pdf
