Nowadays ,extremist groups and terrorist organizations active in Islamic World use ways and mechanism not applicable with Islamic doctrines. In spite of this, they consider their actions the only correct form to revive Islamic doctrines .This essay studies the massive proliferation of this thought by rereading the process of its formation. Decoding the myths of Seid Qotb , analyses the chances and the limitations of his thought in the formation of the radical Islamists mentality. In effect ,the potentiality of institutional environment formed in Middle East to create and recreate Fundamentalism a Terrorism will be clear.
