This article deals with examining the relations between Islamic Mo'talefe and those clergymen who participated in the political arena of Iran (emphasizing the case studies of Imam Khomeini, Ayatollah Shari'atmadari and Ayatollah Milani). The approach of this study is based on sociology so that by dealing with the sociological and class characteristics of Mo'talefe, and analysis of this group (of course before the Islamic Revolution) from the sociological theory of Bourdieu emphasizing on cultural and economic capital has been studied the tendency or non tendencygrounds with the aforesaid clergy. On this basis, the article says the political and cultural tendency of Mo'talefe was closerto the viewpoint of imam Khomeini (although not completely) than Shari'atmadari, and this reason caused the attendance of Mo'talefe with this high order clergyman and of course, therelative similarity there was between Mo'talefe and Ayatollah Milani, particularly in the political arena.
