Making the Political Sciences Applicable and Conform to Needs and Expectations of Employment Market in Iran.

Based on the previous experiences for educational and research system, we could affirm that making the human sciences applicable and conform to the market and the objective needs of society is considered as an important factor for scientific development of the country. The great quantity of the students who study actually Political Sciences in the state and non-state universities from one side and the actual situation of employment and unemployment in the country from other side, lead us to perform some basic revision on the educational program.
Our major question in this article is to study and evaluate the possible methods for making the educational program of Political Sciences more applicable and more near to the objective needs of employment environment. With a positivistic approach, the article tries to observe the contexts of employment through examining the expectations and the needs of organizations and centers which has employed the graduated students of political sciences during 30 previous years.
At first, I have analyzed the importance of making the human sciences applicable and then I have studied the actual situation by distributing questionnaires among the under and post graduated students. Finally I have presented my suggestions.
