جمهوری اسلامی ایران وبنیادگرایی اسلامی در آسیای مرکزی

چکیده

با تجزیه اتحاد شوروی در پایان سال 1991 و درپی آن استقلال ناخواسته جمهوری­های آسیای مرکزی، دولتهای منطقه با چالشهای سیاسی-امنیتی بسیاری روبه­رو شدند. یکی از مهم­ترین چالشها، رشد و گسترش بنیادگرایی اسلامی در این منطقه بوده است. این موضوع، به­ویژه پس از رخدادهای 11 سپتامبر 2001، از اهمیت قابل توجهی برخوردار شده است. در این زمینه دیدگاه­ها و تحلیل­های گوناگونی با تاکید بر عوامل بیرونی و درونی موثر بر آن ارایه شده است. در این میان، گاه نقش جمهوری اسلامی ایران و سیاست آن به عنوان یکی از عوامل اصلی موثر در رشد و گسترش بنیادگرایی اسلامی در منطقه مطرح شده است. سوال اصلی این مقاله "چیستی نقش ایران در گسترش بنیادگرایی اسلامی در آسیای مرکزی" است. نویسندگان این مقاله با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی نقش ایران را در رشد و گسترش بنیادگرایی اسلامی در آسیای مرکزی بررسی می­کنند.

After the disintegration of the Soviet Union in 1991 and inevitable independence of the Central Asian republics, the regional states faced many political-security challenges. One of the most significant challenges has been the growth and expansion of Islamic fundamentalism in the region. Particularly after 9/11, the issue has got a considerable importance. In this regard, different views and analyses have been provided by emphasizing domestic and foreign factors. Meanwhile the role of the Islamic Republic of Iran and its policy has been raised as one of main factors in the growth and expansion of Islamic fundamentalism in the region. The main question of this article is: What is the nature of Iran’s role in spreading Islamic fundamentalism? The authors examine the role if Iran in the growth and spread of Islamic fundamentalism by using a descriptive-analytical method.
